Rental periods are normally over a three year period although under
Austrian law you may give three months notice after one year in the
property. A security deposit us usually required which is returned
to you at the end of the rental period as long as the property is handed
back in good condition.
Rental properties come and go quite frequently - especially in Graz
where there are five universities with a constantly changing population.
GRAZ
is the regional capital of the Austrian
province of Steiermark. It offers all amenities and has a medieval centre with interesting
narrow streets. It is a university town with museums, art galleries and
a host of interesting things to see and do. There is a newly modernised
regional airport on the edge of Graz with links to the whole of Europe.
