new website for the Spa in Bad Radkersburg marks a departure from our usual
activity of property marketing. With our wide knowledge of Austria gained
over many years of operating here we have decided to begin recommending and

Apart from offering one of the best spas in the whole of Austria,
immediately adjacent to the spa
itself is the magical and entirely walled
town of Bad Radkersburg itself. The town lies only a couple
of minutes
away on foot from most hotels and offers quaint medieval streets and
alleyways full
of interesting shops, hotels and restaurants as well as
pavement cafés where you can spend time
watching the world go by.
The original walls which completely surround the
town are clearly visible in the above image and the
majority of the
buildings within the walls are listed as being of historic interest.
There are farmers
markets, musical concerts and other events on a
regular basis making this unique town an interesting
base for a short
break or longer stay holiday in Austria.
Slovenia is close by - so much so that you can walk there in a few short
minutes by walking over the
river bridge at the top of the picture. The
bridge and the river mark the boundary between Austria
and Slovenia.
The surrounding countryside is rich in vineyards and orchards and
there are many local restaurants
offering high quality local produce.
All this makes Bad Radkersburg an interesting choice for your holiday as
